Gregory Picco opened a street front law office after graduating from Southwestern School of Law in 1979. He and fellow Southwestern grad, Margaret Presley, after getting married, formed this law partnership in 1981 for the purpose of providing top quality legal services to the most vulnerable members of our Los Angeles community. Greg has practiced civil litigation throughout his career, primarily in the areas of Civil Rights, employment discrimination, and products liability. He has successfully represented clients before California Superior Court Judges and Juries, the U. S. District Court, the California State Court of Appeals, and the U. S. Court of Appeals, 9th Circuit.
Margaret Presley has specialized in Workers Compensation Law and Estate planning throughout her career. She is a past President of the Southern California Applicant Attorneys’ Association, and is rated by Martindale-Hubbell as “AV Preeminent”, its highest Attorney rating. P & P is completely bi-lingual and today, 42 years later, is continuing to represent injured workers and their families to ensure they receive the benefits, including state of the art health care and the maximum disability compensation, to which they are entitled. In the area of Probate Law, P & P provides counsel and legal representation in probate proceedings, and in Estate Planning, prepares personal Wills and/or Trusts for each individual client.
